How to Ship Your Watch to In Time Watch Repair

  1. Don’t send the box or other accessories.
  2. Pack it well with bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper or butcher paper on all sides. Make sure it can’t come loose from the packing.
  3. Write your name, address, phone number and email address on a paper and and simply explain what you need fixed.  Include this note with your watch.
  4. Add the amount of insurance you see fit for the value of your watch.  If it is a concern for you, learn more about the insurance policies of your shipper, whether it be USPS, FedEx, UPS or other.
  5. If you have a nice small card board box, watches can usually be shipped at the Post Office for not much more than $ 10.00.
  6. We ship watches back to our local customers for about $ 6.00.

Regular watch battery service is $ 11.00.

Batteries are usually done and shipped back the next business day after they are received.
 
We will usually bill you by email or text. Online payment to our website or check in the mail is best, we do NOT use Venmo or Zelle at this time.
